We specialise in training Personnel in Cleanroom and Controlled environment testing to levels required and specific to site requirements to all types of personnel from operatives, QA personnel and in house or independent Validation personnel.

The training is site specific with K.P.I. (key performance indicators) and not just a certificate.

Training of site personnel will give them a hands on experience to fully understand the test requirements and assist / carry out ongoing testing for greater ownership.

This training will give a benchmark for all personnel to identify ongoing contamination issues (including trending), maintain standards of monitoring and improvement of controlled environments with minimising down time.

Areas covered in the training include Standards, Test procedures, Equipment and their limitations, Calibration, Process identification and trending techniques.

A greater understanding the limitations and operation of your controlled environment will identify anomalies within the areas and ensure correct test procedures are carried out by internal and / or external certification personnel.
